L’Atria
On the right bank of the Garonne in Bordeaux, L'Atria comprises 108 apartments, including 25 social housing units managed by Foncière Logement. Completed in 2009, the project is the result of close cooperation between Bouygues Immobilier, the Bordeaux Urban Community and the Bordeaux city council and planning agency. Reflecting a policy of sustainable urban planning and development, L'Atria contributes to the revival of Bordeaux's Bastide district, a project that has attracted considerable attention.
