SIMI IS THE EVENT OF THE YEAR FOR THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SECTOR
The 11th SIMI trade fair, which will be taking place at the Palais des Congrès in Paris from 5 to 7 December 2012, is where the French commercial property industry showcases its latest offerings. In 2011, SIMI drew some 22,000 trade visitors, who came to visit 400 exhibitors representing all segments of building and land development in France: office space; commercial, logistic and business property; and services associated with property from a corporate perspective.
This year, 60 debates and conferences will be held on topics as varied as architecture, regional markets, company-specific needs and investor allocation strategies. The goal is to bring together prime movers in the market and provide tangible solutions to investment issues as well as the particular challenges faced by companies.
