Comprised of employees aged under 33 who are appointed for one year, this consultative body aims to support and accelerate the company’s transformation based on input from its younger staff members.
The committee serves to articulate the values of Bouygues Immobilier - audacity, confidence, openness and pleasure - by putting forward innovative ideas, but above all by proposing projects that are achievable in the short to medium-term that will improve organisation, information sharing and internal operations.
For its first year, COMING will have 12 members, aged from 26 to 33, with an equal number of men and women. They have all followed different academic paths and are based in and outside of Paris as well as abroad. With people from residential and office property, from communications and IT, they will also represent the wide range of functions and professions at Bouygues Immobilier.
They meet once a month, before each Strategy Committee meeting, and prepare subjects for discussion. After each COMING meetings, members present their thoughts, ideas and potential solutions to the Strategy Committee. The aim is to provide a different point of view, inspired by the new uses and experiences of their day-to-day lives but also by their first years spent in the company.
