Éric Mazoyer, a graduate of École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP), has spent most of his career at Bouygues Immobilier and, before this, at France Construction (the forerunner of Bouygues Immobilier). After working as a foreman for Bouygues Bâtiment, he joined the property developer in 1986 as Vice-President, Residential property for Paris. Successive promotions to the positions of Vice-President, Paris Region, Executive Vice-President and Director for Europe have instilled a deeply-held conviction in addition to the expertise he has acquired in large-scale projects. His message: proficiency in managing the industry's intricate processes must now be harnessed for environmental innovation.
It was this ethos that resulted in the first Green Office®, in Meudon, which has retained its positive-energy status for the third consecutive year, whilst improving its performances at the same time. The second Green Office® was recently handed over in Rueil Malmaison.
Éric Mazoyer realises the need to deploy this expertise at the local level. In Nanterre, Bouygues Immobilier has won the contract to develop "Coeur de Quartier", a 800-m² space that will be energy-positive in all respects.
