FONT-PRÉ, TOULON'S FIRST ECO-NEIGHBOURHOOD
The Font-Pré urban project aims to provide an excellent living environment. Overall thinking on the
eco-neighbourhood's layout has been guided by environmental and social considerations and a desire to harness innovation for the benefit of future residents. The focal point of Font Pré is its pleasant living conditions, including 10,000 m² of grounds, modular accommodation, retail premises, convenience services and alternative means of transport. Quality of life has also been pivotal to the design of the buildings, which gel perfectly with the prime surroundings provided by the project. For several years Bouygues Immobilier has played the role of urban developer and coordinator for both its customers and local authorities alike.
December 2014: work begins – building demolition

FOCUS ON BOUYGUES IMMOBILIER CÔTE D’AZUR
Bouygues Immobilier Côte d’Azur has actively supported regional development and municipal urban planning for several decades by developing projects encompassing housing, businesses and retail space on single sites.
Bouygues Immobilier has won several awards for such projects, e.g. in Hyères for "Nouvelle vague" and "Kastel";
in Toulon for "So Blue" and Font-Pré eco-neighbourhood, and in Nice for "Opéra" and "Gallie Nice". Some are currently being marketed, while others are still being developed or awaiting their building permits.
Bouygues Immobilier Côte d’Azur has 62 employees, of which 26 work for the regional headquarters. A further 13 are based at the Alpes Maritimes branch (Nice), 15 at Var-Ouest (La Valette du Var) and 8 at Var-Est (Fréjus).
