Located in the Parc Chenonceau mixed-use development zone, Le Colbert, designed by Marina Projets et Architecture, is a turnkey development for Meaux Habitat comprising 45 apartments on four levels, 60 parking spaces, four ground-floor business premises and 400 m² of office space. Les Berges de l'Ourcq comprises two buildings on five levels beside the Ourcq canal, with 80 apartments (40 in each building) and 80 parking spaces in a sunken basement. 31 timber-frame houses built by Bouygues Immobilier subsidiary Ossabois complete the project, designed by Atelier BLM. As the two programmes are located in an urban redevelopment area, first-time buyers are able to benefit from 7% and 5.5% reduced rates of VAT.
Franck Hélary said: "Bouygues Immobilier is attentive to the concerns of the Meaux city authorities and we are proud to be involved in their large-scale urban renovation and regeneration projects."
