Developed jointly by BNP Paribas Real Estate and Bouygues Immobilier, Art&Fact 2.0 will become available for PSA Peugeot Citroën in the second quarter of 2017.
This transaction marks the completion of the 30,000-m² office programme. Phase one was recently handed over to MACIF. Schneider Electric will move in during the spring of 2015.

Along with office space, there will be a conference centre, canteen, cafeteria and fitness centre, together with a landscaped patio and several terraces.
