Bouygues Immobilier gets closer to gender parity: at the start of the year, the workforce is comprised of 48% women. The year before, 52% of new recruits were women.
Creation of the Disability task force within the Human Resources division: 46 volunteer employees, designated "disability officers", are responsible for facilitating internal dialogue on subjects such as recognising disabled workers, adapting work stations and adjusting working conditions to suit disabled people.
In October, all Bouygues Immobilier employees are invited to take part in the in-house survey "Well-being & Performance 2011". More than 82% of the workforce takes part in this on-line survey. In it, 93% say they are broadly satisfied to work at Bouygues Immobilier.
