Built for LogiRys, it is operated by the Association des Etablissements du Domaine Emmanuel (AEDE). The home is located in a mixed-use neighbourhood developed by Bouygues Immobilier, creating social bonds and redefining the surrounding area, which includes 69 non-controlled housing units and 36 social housing units.
