Bouygues Immobilier leases 10,200 m² of office space in the "Le Spallis" building in Saint-Denis, just north of Paris, to Publicis Groupe.
Located on Rue Ampère, Rue Watt and Rue Faraday in Saint-Denis, just to the north of Paris,
the "Le Spallis" building was designed by architects firms A.Bechu and T.Sheehan. Publicis Groupe, which is streamlining its sites in the Paris region, has just rented 10,200 m² of office space in this building.
It has a total surface area of 37,200 m² and is in the heart of the dynamic Landy business park. The latter comprises 400,000 m² and hosts a number of major international companies in the multimedia, bank/insurance and aerospace sectors. "Le Spallis" can be accessed easily by bus, metro or RER suburban railway. The Paris ring road, the A86 and A1 motorways put Paris 10 minutes away, Charles de Gaulle airport 15 minutes away and the business district of La Défense only 25 minutes away.
The building is very user-friendly thanks to its functional and well-lit architecture.
"Le Spallis" has a 1,200 m² interior garden surrounded by seven storeys of offices, a ground floor level with three separate entrance halls and a garden level, as well as a staff canteen and a number of spaces that can be transformed into a showroom or a multi-purpose area.
