The aim of this new geographical organisation is to move the company’s operational decision-making centres closer to the field and strengthen its knowledge of local markets whilst boosting responsiveness at the same time. Four Regional Executive Vice-Presidents, all reporting directly to Philippe Josse, Executive Vice-President Residential Property France, will be responsible for steering strategy and the results of their specific geographical segments.
