Bouygues Immobilier has been officially recognised by the Top Employers Institute for the quality of the conditions that it creates for its people. It is the first property developer to have been awarded the distinction.
All over the world, the Top Employers Institute (ex CRF Institute) certifies the quality of the working conditions which employers offer their staff. The Institute has recently announced the results of this year’s survey of working conditions at leading French firms.
In order to obtain certification, the employers taking part must agree to submit to a rigorous survey and fulfil strict criteria. Their responses are independently audited in order to enhance the credibility of the process leading to Top Employer certification.
The Top Employers Institute assessed five aspects of Bouygues Immobilier’s human resources policy:
- Benefits and working conditions
- Training and career development
- Promotion and talent management
- Managerial practices
“For Bouygues Immobilier, this certification is a reward for the high-quality working environment we offer our people” said Jacky Guilloteau, Bouygues Immobilier’s Human Resources Director. “It also shows that our HR policies are aligned with our operational capacity to obtain certification for quality, customer service and sustainable development.”
According to Benoît Montet, director of the Top Employers Institute in France, “optimum working conditions ensure that employees can develop, in both career and personal terms. The conclusions of our detailed study show that Bouygues Immobilier offers a remarkable working environment and has introduced innovative measures, whether relating to benefits, working conditions or performance management, which reflect great maturity in its human resources management and are entirely consistent with the corporate culture.”
