Located near Porte de Sèvres in the 15th arrondissement, where the Pullman hotel used to stand, it will accommodate all of SMA’s head office personnel on seven floors (35,000 m²). It will include a 400-seat multi-purpose auditorium, a fitness centre, a 350-space car park, and a number of canteens. Designed by architects Wilmotte & Associés, the building puts the accent on daylighting, through a glazed façade skin and ground-floor transparency.
The operation is exemplary in terms of environmental quality and energy efficiency, and is aiming for certification against the following labels: HQE® "Passeport Exceptionnel", Breeam International
New Construction (Very Good), and Leed for New Construction (Gold).
