It is being developed jointly by BNP Paribas Real Estate and Bouygues Immobilier. Construction work is under way and handover is scheduled for December 2014.
Art & Fact was designed by architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte and is aiming for dual certification: NF Bâtiments Tertiaires Démarche HQE® (2011 benchmark) and BREEAM (2009 benchmark). Furthermore, it complies with 2012 thermal regulations.
In total, 71% of Art & Fact has been let under a nine-year lease (with a possible one-year extension) to Schneider Electric. The two developers are planning a neighbouring property of the same type with a usable floor area of 16,000 m². This development is scheduled for handover in 2015.
