He is tasked with increasing sales momentum and improving customer relations. He will also oversee
Bouygues Immobilier's differentiation strategy in terms of its products and services whilst optimising design and construction costs.
He will report to the EVP of the Residential Property division and will sit on Bouygues Immobilier's Executive Committee.
After graduating from Institut Commercial de Nancy, Stéphane Martin (aged 49) began his career at Andersen Consulting in 1990. He was hired by Bouygues Telecom in 1995. Subsequently, he worked at Dolphin Telecom before moving on to Saur group in 2000, where he stayed until 2009. He returned to Bouygues Telecom in late 2009 as Director of Organisation. In May 2013, he became Head of Customer Experience there.
