Innovation is central to our sustainable development strategy. For a number of years now, we have proposed low-carbon solutions for all our programmes.
In commercial property, through our Green Office brand, since 2011 we have been designing positive-energy buildings which produce more energy than they consume. We apply the same approach to residential property. After Vert Eden in Aix-en-Provence in the south of France, L’Avance in Montreuil, east of Paris, and Green Home in Nanterre, west of Paris, projects are lining up. In Anglet, in south-west France, we are building the first positive-energy residential project in France certified by Cerqual under the experimental Bepos-Effinergie 2013 pilot scheme.

In the context of our Rehagreen package, we are continuing the green rehabilitation of commercial buildings with projects such as Lemnys-Peri XV for AG2R La Mondiale in Issy-les-Moulineaux, adjacent to Paris, Scor in Paris and La Française REM in Montrouge, south of Paris. For owners and investors, energy renovation enhances the long-term value of their property.
Bouygues Immobilier offers local authorities an innovative service package called UrbanEra. Involving the design and development of mixed-used sustainable neighbourhoods including housing, offices and shops, UrbanEra was selected for a number of projects in 2015 and 2016. At the end of 2016, Bouygues Immobilier was responsible for developing urban neighbourhoods spanning 600,000 m². We have teamed up with many industrial partners and start-ups to create local ecosystems and invent the urban services of the future. To give just one example, in July 2016 Bouygues Immobilier was awarded the contract to develop the Étoile Annemasse-Genève mixed development zone in south-east France, an eco-neighbourhood project that comprises housing, offices, shops and public amenities.
We constantly seek to improve the technical quality of buildings by using cutting-edge materials and technologies. A comprehensive quality management system with ISO 9001 and NF Habitat certification coupled with a training programme for our technical staff ensure that we can rapidly adapt to changing markets and optimise the cost of works.
At the same time, we team up with leading names in contemporary architecture, such as Wilmotte & Associés for SMA’s future head office in Paris.

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our concerns. In 2016, we introduced a training course for all our staff, called “100% Customers”. Everyone, from accountants and salespeople to technicians, learns the vital importance of thinking first and foremost about the customer. We pay particular attention to supporting our customers from reservation of their apartment to the end of the first year in their new home.
Those efforts were rewarded in October 2016 when one of our employees, Céline Sarrazin, was named Customer Relations Manager of the Year at the 9th Customer Relations Awards organised by AFRC, the French Customer Relations Association.
We work hand-in-hand with local authorities to propose innovative and sustainable urban projects that are tailored to the local context and create value for the places where they are rolled out. Working alongside our partners, we do everything we can to improve our environmental performance, little by little, day by day. The aim of co-construction is to design a balanced, adaptable, frugal and smart urban environment which meets the needs of all stakeholders.
