The 51 apartments are split into two 2 blocks. Certain ground-floor apartments open onto private gardens. All apartments have double exposure and either patios or verandahs. Residents also have either a parking space in a garage, an individual lock-up garage or a shaded parking space outside.
The 27 detached three- to five-room houses all have a private garden and patio sheltered by pergolas. These residents have their own garage and car parking space.
Designed by Christophe Moly, the architecture of Finca Majorca is inspired by traditional Provence-style houses. Each house is located to be in harmony with the Mediterranean setting. The homes are spacious and well-oriented with patios and bay windows positioned to let natural light flood in.
The dry-stone walls, the remains of vineyard terraces, separate the plots of land. A pine wood and several green spaces run alongside the residence. For the well-being of residents, the pool set in the heart of the development provides a place to cool down.
