Comprised of two buildings in a landscaped setting, the Naturéo residence has a resolutely contemporary style and is located at the heart of the calm district of petit Brogny in Annecy-le-Vieux, south-east France. The balcony-verandahs are made entirely out of a wooden structure attached to the façade and the apartments open out on to vast patios. Located between the lake and mountains, Naturéo has 95 one- to five-room apartments. They have all been designed so that their orientation optimises both natural light and thermal comfort. Comprised of a garden-level, ground floor level and three storeys, this modestly-sized residence blends harmoniously into the urban landscape of Annecy-le-Vieux.
On the back of its optimised thermal insulation and solar panels for producing domestic hot water, Naturéo has applied for BBC-effinergie® low-energy certification. Naturéo is also equipped with low water and energy consumption fittings thus helping residents to better control their costs. Finally, residents are also encouraged to adopt eco-gestures and recycle their waste on a daily basis.
