Introduction of a CSR evaluation initiative: all Bouygues Immobilier's industrial partners in the residential property activity must now be evaluated according to 21 different criteria by EcoVadis, a specialist in responsible purchasing.
Creation of the Bouygues Immobilier Corporate Foundation, which has three main objectives:
- raising public awareness of architecture and urban planning,
- encouraging thinking among experts about the city of tomorrow from a sustainable development standpoint,
- promoting urban solidarity, especially strengthening the social fabric of local communities.
L'Observatoire de la Ville has become an action of the Foundation and the partnership signed between Bouygues Immobilier and la Cité de l'architecture et du patrimoine is also an initiative of the Foundation.
The same year it became a partner of le Pavillon de l’Arsenal in Paris.
