Emmanuel Desmaizières studied construction engineering at l’Ecole des Mines d’Alès and at CHEC (Centre des Hautes Etudes de la Construction). Having joined the Bouygues group in 1994, he has held various positions at Bouygues Immobilier since 1998, first as a Regional director in the residential property business, then as Executive Vice-President, Commercial Property France, before being appointed to head the residential property business in western France.
Emmanuel Desmaizières is a member of the Strategy Committee and reports directly to the Chairman of Bouygues Immobilier, François Bertière.
