The Board of Directors of Maisons Elîka, chaired by Eric Guillemin, Deputy CEO of Bouygues Immobilier, has decided to appoint Franck Hélary CEO of Maisons Elîka. His main mission will be to ensure the growth and development of Maisons Elîka.
Maisons Elîka is a subsidiary of Bouygues Immobilier and is positioned in the entry-level house market with the aim of making home ownership accessible to the largest number of potential customers, especially young families. Maisons Elîka is an innovative concept that combines quality of construction with environmental protection.
Franck Hélary, aged 39, who has a Master's in Commerce and Finance from the IUP of Sceaux, started his career at Bouygues Immobilier in 1995 as Programme manager and then Development manager in the Paris region. He then took over as Manager for the Basque Côte branch in Bayonne, south-west France in 2000. He became Regional Director of the North-West region based in Lille in 2006.
