Franck Hélary has been appointed as Executive Vice-President, Residential Property for the Paris region. He will oversee the four regional Residential Property divisions as well as planning and development. His aim is to continue developing Bouygues Immobilier's business in the Paris region while consolidating its market share.
Franck Hélary (42), who holds a masters degree in Commerce and Finance from the University of Paris XI, started his career at Bouygues Immobilier as Programme Manager in the Paris region. He then became manager of the Côte Basque branch before taking over the North-West region. He was subsequently appointed as CEO of Maisons Elîka, a subsidiary of Bouygues Immobilier, then Sales Director with responsibility for customer relations at the Residential Property France division.
