Having developed Steria's new headquarters in 2011, and in doing so delivering France's first positive-energy office building, Bouygues Immobilier is designing the software giant's new call centre in Roanne, central France.

The La Duranne business district south of Aix-en-Provence is a cutting-edge development in a privileged environment. Eos is strategically located in the Seine Ouest business district in Issy-les-Moulineaux, just outside Paris. Close to the RER C rail line, the T2 tramway and Line 8 of the metro, the current headquarters of Microsoft France and Lundbeck is only a few minutes from the centre of Paris. Eos is also easy to reach by car from the Paris ring road and the Seine embankments. The Suzanne Lenglen park is just a few minutes' walk away, offering a place to relax as well as high-quality sporting facilities.

Sited at the entrance to the Municipality of Issy-les-Moulineaux, in the vibrant Seine Ouest district, Galeo, Dueo, and Trieo benefit from a strategic location. Right in the heart of Warsaw, Bouygues Immobilier is developing the new headquarters of telecoms operator Orange Polska (Telekomunikacja Polska S.A). a subsidiary of France Télécom/Orange, Orange Polska employs over 30, 000 people in Poland. The future headquarters will be able to accommodate nearly 3,300 people.

The Bouygues Telecom Technopôle complex stands at the entrance to the Meudon-la-Forêt business park, just outside Paris. Close to Meudon Forest and the Vélizy 2 shopping centre, the Technopôle complex offers its occupants fulfilling working conditions. Served by major roads (national highway RN 118 and the A86 motorway), this THQE® complex benefits from strategic positioning just a short distance from Paris.

Green Office® Châtenay-Malabry is the 4th positive-energy office building project of this type in the Paris region to be designed by Bouygues Immobilier. Following those of Meudon, Nanterre and Rueil-Malmaison, this new Green Office® was designed by architect firm Brenac & Gonzalez.

Located in Nanterre (near Paris) Spring® is the second large-scale positive-energy office building project in France. Designed by Bouygues Immobilier, this Green Office® is the first in the world to have obtained BREEAM International Outstanding certification in the design phase.

Located at the heart of Bassins à Flots, La Fabrique is part of the urban renovation project for this district, which is undergoing sweeping change. Bassins à Flot is also to be the site of the Wine Tourism and Cultural Centre, which will make it a fully-fledged hub of international exchange and living. La Fabrique is very well-located at only 10 minutes from the historic city centre of Bordeaux thanks to the tramway, which stops 150 metres away. And soon there will be direct access to the right bank of the river via the future Bacalan-Bastide bridge. Finally, a TGV high-speed rail link will put Paris only two hours away from Bordeaux in 2016.

The combined residential and business district of Jacques Cœur offers an exceptional living environment. This fast-growing area located on the way to the seaside will be one of Montpellier's main poles of attraction. In fact, the new city hall is to be built there. It enjoys an ideal location since it is directly accessible via the tramway or the A9 motorway. Both the airport and main railway station are only ten minutes away by car.

Aéroffice is located in an ideal setting, just west of Toulouse. It takes less than 15 minutes by car to get to Toulouse city centre and to the main railway station and the airport is only 5 km from its location at the centre of aerospace valley. Furthermore, bus lines 63 and 64 go directly to the Aéroffice site.

Fifteen minutes from Grenoble city centre, Alpha is situated in the heart of Galaxy Sud business park, in the municipality of Échirolles, sout-east France. It is easily accessible from the southern bypass and by public transport. This ideal setting, with its green environment and views of the Alps, has attracted several companies.

Banque Populaire Provençale et Corse (BPPC) has selected Bouygues Immobilier to develop an office building of more than 11,300 m² on Avenue du Prado in Marseille. The buidling will have BBC-effinergie® low-energy certification and handover is scheduled for 4th quarter 2014.

Bouygues Immobilier has successfully rehabilitated several historic buildings right in the heart of Paris, combining energy performance with bold architectural style. The new head office of La Banque Postale, inaugurated in 2011, is the 1st ever Rehagreen® project, Bouygues Immobilier's service package for the sustainable rehabilitation of commercial properties.

Located at Rueil-Malmaison, Green Office® Rueil is in a strategic location to the west of Paris. The Rueil 2000 mixed development zone has attracted multinationals such as Esso, Total, Shell and Unilever. Close to Rueil-Malmaison station on the RER A rail line, the building is only 7 minutes from La Défense and less than half an hour from the Gare de Lyon and Gare Saint-Lazare main railway stations. Green Office® Rueil is also well-served by major roads, including the A86 motorway.

Located at Meyzieu-Jonage, to the east of Lyon, Sunstone is in Parc des Gaulnes, a vast 137-hectare business district. The centre of Lyon and Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport are only 15 and 10 minutes away respectively via line 3 of the tramway and the Rhône Express shuttle. D2 Tower will be located in the heart of the La Défense business district, to the west of Paris, where the Bureau Veritas building formerly stood. It will establish a connection between Courbevoie and La Défense, with direct access to all Esplanade (concourse) levels.
